Additions:
** /windowsshare/Movies/ **
the word 'windowsshare' is the name of the Windows share. Don't ask me exactly how to find it on vista, but in XP, if you go to 'My Network Places', 'Entire Network', and 'Microsoft Windows Networks', then the name of your 'server' - the share name will be under that something like 'Shared Folders', 'WORKGROUP' or 'Lounge C Drive' or similar - but you may have called it anything (depending on how you created the 'share' on the server in the first place).
Deletions:
** /media1/Movies/ **
the word 'media1' is the name of the Windows share. Additions:
Just be aware that if you set your network up to just 'automatically get IP addresses' - your server address might change. Unlikely, but possible. You can assign a Static IP for all your network devices if you like.

**@192.168.1.100**
this address is the IP address of you 'server' computer (the one with all the files stored). You could also use a 'Host Name' etc if you network is set up to do that.

Additions:
xboxuser is the username, and password is xboxpass. This is the user/pass that you use to access your network share (possibly your computer login name?) - note that these are stored in plain text on the xbox in this file, so it isn't secure if you are worried about people logging into your computer. It is better to create a NEW user on your 'server', and make sure that user can access the files. Then use that username/password in the sources.xml stuff.
You could also create windows shares without passwords on your 'server' computer, but you don't need to bother if you do the above.

If you managed to use the 'file manager' on the xbox to find the share, then you will have seen the share name as you scrolled though the folder levels
last but not least the word 'Movies' is just the folder name that I put in my shared folder (I also have 'TV Programmes' etc)
